Q. I have been told that this is MLM and illegal. Will StormPay shut me down? Q. I just joined but have not received my ID. What do I do now? Q. | Q. How do I make money and how much can I expect to make?
A. Making money with the $5 Solution Page is simpliciy itself! Simply send targeted traffic to your page (just like someone sent YOU to THEIR page) and when a new person joins from YOUR page, you receive the $5 payment DIRECTLY into your StormPay account. Since we do not know what your own level of ability will be or how you plan to market YOUR page, to give amounts would be meaningless. However, we have many members who make $150-$200 EVERY month from their page. Once you join, there are several ways that you can LEVERAGE your $5 Page traffic to make considerably more money but this is STRICTLY OPTIONAL! Q. I have been told this is MLM and illegal! Won't StormPay shut me down? A. The $5 Solution Page is NOT EVEN REMOTELY multilevel! Since ALL new members pay you DIRECTLY there is NO company or middleman involved and NO commissions paid. New members simply pay you a SET-UP fee for facilitating their $5 Page account! We have been operating the program for 20 months and have had thousands of transactions processed through StormPay without problems. Of course, since StormPay is a separate entity, we cannot guarantee how they might react in the future and that is why we recently added StormPay and e-gold as alternate payment options. Q. I just joined but have not received my ID. What do I do now? A. It can sometimes take a few hours for your ID code and URL to arrive! It is generated automatically by the system but Mail Server and Internet Router traffic can delay its delivery. If after 6 hours you still have not received it, notify the page owner (click on their link in the top right frame of this page) and you will be sent your information! There are SOME domains that do not accept mail from our server. We have tried to identify these and prevent them from being accepted on the set-up page. Sometimes, users either forget to click the continue link or the payment process is somehow interrupted and they are not directed to the correct set-up page. Because it is the page member that receives payment, you MUST contact them for the correct set-up link. If they do not respond in a timely fashion, you may contact support, but you MUST send us your COMPLETE StormPay receipt including name and e-mail address of payee (StormPay user), in order for us to be able to redirect you to the correct URL! Q. When I enter my information it says "email already in use!" Why is this? A. Our system is designed to prevent multiple registrations. Either you have already joined our program, or you attempted to submit your information twice. The only other possibility is that someone else registered using YOUR StormPay account. (highly unlikely!) Q. I'm being asked to enter 'State' but there's no space for it. What do I do? A. You are REALLY being asked to enter a PASSWORD, which is probably the only empty field on the form! You will need this to be able to confirm any changes you try to make to your account later on. Make sure it is something that you can easily remember but also keep your confirmation e-mail in a safe place because it will also contain a copy of your password Q. I keep getting: "OOPS! AA9999 is not a valid Username!" Why? A. The URL that you have typed or pasted is not a valid one.Most of the time this happens when the final trailing forward slash is omitted from the URL. Our cgi interface will not work without it although it is common practice to omit it. Sometimes, your browser 'remembers' an incorrect URL and actually replaces the correct URL with the incorrect one that it 'remembers'!!! In this case, you must clear your browser cache before typing in the correct URL. If you are STILL having problems, re-send for your information by putting your contact e-mail in the box at the bottom of EVERY members' page. You complete information will be sent to you. Now try copying and pasting your URL from the confirmation e-mail into your browser! Q. I don't have a 'StormPay' email! How do I get one? A. This is simply the email address that you use with StormPay! When you set up your StormPay account, you were required to register and verify an email address. In most cases it is the same as your principal email! If you are not currently a StormPay member at all, please use the link on the member's page to get your FREE account. Q. Do I HAVE to have a StormPay account to join this program? A. No, it is NOT mandatory to have a StormPay account to participate. We recently added AssuredPay e-gold and IntGold as alternate payment methods. If the member page that you visited does not offer these options, you can contact the member by clicking their name to request alternate payment arrangements. If they do not reply in a timely fashion, use the support links and we will direct you to a member who DOES offer these options! StormPay IS the default payment method and makes up 90% of our business. There is a small monthly additional charge to maintain the alternate options! Q. I've lost some of my account info: URL, password etc. What should I do? A. There is a box at the bottom of EVERY member page where you may enter your contact e-mail (must be the one you used when you set-up your account!). ALL your relevant information will be sent to this e-mail address IMMEDIATELY! Q. How can I change my account information? A. This can be done from your account 'control' page. This URL was sent in your original welcome message. You will need your password to verify that it is the page owner requesting the change. If you do not know either the URL or your password, then please refer to the question above to discover how to retrieve this information! Q. I've lost my password or it won't work! How can I retrieve it? A. There is a box at the bottom of EVERY member page where you may enter your contact e-mail (must be the one you used when you set-up your account!). ALL your relevant information will be sent to this e-mail address IMMEDIATELY! Q. My e-mail address has changed, so sending my page info wont work! A. If you are unable to locate a copy of your original information with your change URL and password AND you have ALREADY changed your e-mail address and no longer have access to your previous inbox, you MUST contact support and supply your Name, previous email address and current address. Without ALL three pieces of info, we will be UNABLE to make the change on your behalf Q. I am advertising like crazy but getting no results! What am I doing wrong? A. You are probably not advertising in the right places. We currently have over 10,000 members and have generated $50,000+ in direct payments to our members, so the system definitely works. FREE advertising will require MUCH more effort for the same results! This link will show you the best places to go: Get RESULTS Q. I would prefer not to have 'pop-ups' on my page! How can I do this? A. We recognise that many people find these annoying and some click exchange programs will not allow pages that contain them. We have two potential solutions to this problem. 1) You can become a PRO member and you can then either supply your own pop-up URL or elect to have none! You will also receive a customized hit counter for your page. 2) You can copy the page to another location and omit the pop-up but we do not offer technical support for this option. Note that if you have upgraded your account to our IMP program, your CUSTOM pop-up will also appear on your downline pages as well! Q. I notice that The Ten Steps is FREE with Upgrade, can I get a refund? A. Yes, we do offer The Ten Steps to Success FREE to upgraded $5 Solution Page owners, provided that they upgrade BEFORE they purchase the system. The vast majority of our Ten Steps members paid $19.95 for access to the system and therefore, we do not offer refunds retroactively. Q. Do I have to join ALL the programs before I upgrade? A. No! Participation in all or any of the supplemental programs is completely OPTIONAL. The only requirement is that you have a ClickBank AFFILIATE account. There is no charge to set this up and it is necessary for you to receive commissions from the ClickBank links on your $5 Solution Page site. Q. How can I tell if my IMP Upgrade is activated and working properly? A. After making payment through StormPay, you should have been redirected to the Upgrade set-up page and filled in and submitted the form. If you have done this step, use the link on your 'Control' page to go to your 'Instruction Page'. Now, when you look in the address bar of your browser, you should see your ClickBank nickname as part of the address URL. If not, you probably input an improper $5 Page ID. If it has been more than 48 hours since you upgraded, contact support using the link below! Q. I want to offer IntGold, e-gold and/or AssuredPay! How can I do this? A. StormPay IS our default method of payment and every $5 Page member is able to offer StormPay with no extra payment or input. However, more and more users are requesting alternate payment methods, so we have recently added both AssuredPay IntGold and e-gold. You may offer any one, two or ALL three of these. However, due to the extra programming and system overhead involved in offering these additional payment options, you must be either a PRO or IMP member to be able to offer StormPay or e-gold. You can get FULL details on both of these options from your main account control or instruction and set-up page! Q. My $5 Page isn't working! What should I do? A. There are only three reasons that your page would not be working:
If you have forgotten or misplaced your ID or page URL, you can retrieve it by typing your contact e-mail address (the one you registered when you initially set up your page) in the box at the bottom of EVERY member's page! Q. My question is not on the list! What do I do now? A. If you have not found an answer to your question here, you should first try to contact your upline sponsor by clicking the final link in the site navigation box in the top right hand corner of every page.
